WRK digital is partnering with a well-known organisation to recruit a Head of IT Portfolio. You will lead a significant technology change portfolio, delivering projects and programmes across a large, complex environment.

As Head of IT Portfolio, you will oversee a team of Project Managers, govern portfolio performance, and align resources to demand while influencing senior stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and business benefits.

WRK digital is delighted to be partnering with a well-known and highly respected organisation to recruit a Head of IT Portfolio.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Portfolio leader to take ownership of a significant technology change portfolio, leading the successful delivery of projects and programmes that support business transformation across a large and complex environment.

Offering a salary of up to £90,000 plus an excellent benefits package, this role would suit someone who thrives on bringing structure, governance and strategic direction to technology delivery.

The Role

As Head of IT Portfolio, you'll lead the project management function, overseeing the delivery of a diverse portfolio of IT projects and programmes while managing and developing a team of Project Managers.

You'll work closely with senior technology and business stakeholders to ensure projects are prioritised effectively, resources are aligned to demand, and delivery remains on track. This is a highly visible leadership position where you'll have real influence over how technology change is governed and delivered.
