Job summary

Raymond James UK is seeking a portfolio implementation specialist to join our CIO Office. You’ll help ensure portfolios are executed accurately, stay aligned to investment models, and that high‑quality information flows across the business.

You’ll work with Investment Management, Trading, Operations, and Wealth Managers to deliver smooth implementation and strong client outcomes, handling model‑driven trades, risk monitoring, and governance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in portfolio implementation, trading support, or multi‑asset investment management.
• Proficiency with MS Office and financial data tools (Bloomberg, FactSet).
• Familiarity with OMS/PMS platforms (Aladdin, Charles River, Thinkfolio, AIM).
• CISI Level 4 is required; IMC or CFA Level I preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute model‑driven trades, rebalancing, and cash management.
• Maintain alignment between client portfolios and investment strategies.
• Support tailored mandates across internal and external platforms.
• Monitor portfolios against risk tolerances and BITA profiles.
• Produce monitoring packs, risk reports, and analytics.
• Respond to investment‑related queries from wealth managers.
• Ensure governance, controls, and regulatory compliance (MiFID II, SMCR).
