Job summary

Meredith Brown Associates Ltd. seeks a Senior Portfolio Implementation Specialist to drive complex multi-asset portfolio transitions, including fund-of-funds, manager-of-managers, and SMA structures.

The role blends hands-on execution with governance oversight, risk budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration across operations, compliance, and technology. The ideal candidate has 8–12 years in institutional investment implementation, deep fund dealing knowledge, and familiarity with MiFID II

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in institutional investment implementation or related operations.
• Experience with fund-of-funds, manager-of-managers, or multi-vehicle structures.
• Familiarity with MiFID II, EMIR, FCA expectations in UK wealth/asset managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation and transitions across multi-asset portfolios and vehicles.
• Coordinate dealing, pricing windows, and post-transition cost attribution.
• Ensure governance standards and risk budgets are respected during transitions.
• Engage with managers, administrators, and platform providers at scale.
• Evaluate and select systems supporting fund workflow and model propagation.
