Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Portfolio Growth Specialist (m/f/d) to support the global capacity growth roadmap through analytics, planning, and cross-functional coordination. Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with experience in modeling, forecasting, or financial analysis.
• Experience in capacity planning and portfolio analysis is preferred.
• Familiarity with CAPEX processes and investment evaluation frameworks is desirable.
• Experience supporting cross‑functional initiatives and preparing governance materials.
• Ability to translate growth targets into market- and site-level expansion plans.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of the global capacity growth roadmap aligned to revenue and capital efficiency.
• Develop and maintain portfolio analytics, supply-demand models, and scenario analyses for growth planning decisions.
• Assist in translating corporate growth targets into market-, campus-, and site-level expansion plans.
• Prepare business case materials, capital request documentation, and governance presentations.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Construction, Finance, Investment, Legal, and DCRO teams to track enablement milestones and readiness gates.
• Maintain Data Center Requirements (OPR) alignment documentation and planning inputs.
• Monitor portfolio risks related to timing, demand variability, or capital constraints and escalated findings as appropriate.
• Support executive reporting by preparing dashboards, summaries, and decision-support materials.
• Contribute to process improvements across portfolio planning and enablement workflows.
