Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, analytics, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Multiple years of experience in inventory management, capacity planning, reporting, or analytics roles.
• Working knowledge of data center space, power, and cooling fundamentals.
• Experience within data center, cloud, telecommunications, or infrastructure-focused organizations preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as DCIM, CMDB, CRM/CPQ, ERP, and analytics platforms.
• Experience supporting sales-facing or operational planning functions preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret inventory data and capacity models.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Planning teams.
• Strong reporting and data validation capabilities.
• High attention to detail and disciplined process orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Capacity Assignment & Sales Support: evaluate opportunities and assign space and power per capacity policies; confirm availability and manage holds and commits.
• Inventory Monitoring & Optimization: track space and power utilization and flag inefficiencies; explore consolidation opportunities.
• Reporting & Planning Support: maintain inventory reporting and prepare inputs for weekly reviews and monthly planning.
• Governance & Data Integrity: ensure governance compliance and data accuracy across planning systems; document decisions.
