Job summary

NTT Global Data Centres is seeking a Portfolio Growth Specialist to translate growth objectives into actionable expansion plans and support capital review governance. You will develop portfolio analytics, demand models, and cross-functional enablement to ensure timely capacity delivery.

Reporting to the Manager, Portfolio Growth & Enablement, you will collaborate with Infrastructure, Construction, Finance, Investment, Legal, and DCRO teams, prepare dashboards and governance materials, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, analytics or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Multiple years of experience in capacity planning, portfolio analysis, infrastructure strategy, capital planning, or related analytical roles.
• Experience in data centre, cloud, telecommunications, real estate, or infrastructure-intensive environments preferred.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and preparing governance materials.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of the global capacity growth roadmap.
• Develop and maintain portfolio analytics, supply-demand models, and scenario analyses.
• Translate corporate growth targets into market-, campus-, and site-level expansion plans.
• Prepare business case materials, capital request documentation, and governance presentations.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Construction, Finance, Investment, Legal, and DCRO teams to track milestones.
• Maintain Data Centre Requirements alignment documentation and planning inputs.
• Monitor portfolio risks related to timing, demand variability, or capital constraints and elevate findings.
• Support executive reporting by preparing dashboards, summaries, and decision-support materials.
• Contribute to process improvements across portfolio planning and enablement workflows.
