The role:
Working as a key member of the CIO's leadership team for digital customer, this Head of Portfolio Delivery will be responsible for the shaping and execution of the change strategy.
You will create and own a portfolio of change and drive its delivery having established the necessary resource plans, budget planning, governance, frameworks and 3rd party supplier contracts and relationships required.
You will work closely with teams across strategy, digital, marketing and data to underpin and support the delivery of the strategy to drive digital customer engagement, improve the digital customer journey and, ultimately, drive new customer growth.
The person:
We are looking for a senior change and transformation leader. You will have prior experience of establishing, owning, and delivering a change strategy and establishing change delivery teams from the ground up. This will include resource allocation, budget creation and management, and establishing appropriate change frameworks to ensure successful delivery of outcomes.

This is a truly fantastic opportunity to take up a senior leadership role, in a greenfield team, who will be responsible for creating and driving the change strategy and roadmap to transform the digital customer experience.

How many times in the office per week?
Typically 3 days per week in the office. This is a senior role though so flexibility around the needs of the role and portfolio will be required.
What is the interview process?
Initial screening interview with Sanderson Recruitment's lead consultant followed by a 2 or 3 stage process directly with our client.
How urgent is this role?
Very. Ideally we are looking for candidates who are immediately available or on a short notice period.
Could the role go permanent at the end of the 12-month fixed term period?
At this stage we cannot guarantee anything beyond the initial 1-year fixed period.
