A leading global food and beverage company is seeking a Marketing Analyst in Reading to support brand campaign execution and marketing strategy analysis. This pivotal role involves coordinating efforts across sales and marketing functions, conducting data analysis, and ensuring optimal deployment of marketing initiatives for key events. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills alongside previous FMCG experience.
PepsiCo UK is building a new marketing capability to transform the way we integrate with our Sales and Commercial partners. As part of the Portfolio Marketing team, your role will be as an Analyst focused on launching our biggest brand campaigns and events in partnership with sales. This role is key in driving executional excellence by transforming cross-functional ways of working and bringing commercial integration between Marketing and our Commercial teams. The team will act as the primary Marketing touchpoint between Sales, Execution, and the Perfect Store team.
This new function has been identified as a business priority, offering you the opportunity to help shape and drive it. In addition to partnering cross-functionally to clarify and integrate marketing priorities and campaigns, you will lead the tracking, analysis, and monitoring of our brand execution, a crucial component in driving growth within our global strategic framework. Finally, you will be the marketing on-point for coordination and planning with our Beverages business for key moments in 2026.
This role will sit within Portfolio Marketing, PepsiCo UK’s newest team focusing on landing our core portfolio across our biggest annual moments.
