Job summary

Yorkshire Building Society is seeking a Portfolio Demand & Planning Lead to shape how change is planned, prioritised and delivered across a Delivery Squad. You will own the 15‑month roadmap, run planning cycles and influence decisions with clear insight.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in portfolio, programme or complex delivery planning, including dependency management, sequencing and roadmap development.
• Proven ability to perform scenario modelling, generate planning insights and support leadership decision-making within a governed change environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience embedding planning standards, influencing without authority and using planning tools and data visualisation to improve outcomes.

About the role

As a Portfolio Demand & Planning Lead, you will lead planning activities for an assigned Delivery Squad, ensuring plans, roadmaps and priorities are aligned to deliver maximum value and transparency.

• Own and maintain a high‑quality 15‑month Delivery Squad roadmap, providing clear visibility of milestones, outcomes, dependencies and future demand.
