Job summary

Yorkshire Building Society is seeking a Change Delivery Operations Lead to guide delivery squads through governance, risk, assurance and operational demands. The role reduces friction, translates control expectations and provides clear senior-level insight without duplicating project or governance accountability.

You will act as the operational interface between squads and risk/audit, coordinate assurance responses, and surface risks early to keep delivery on track.

Qualifications

• Experience operating in regulated, governance-led or control-focused environments.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and issue management capability.

• Financial Services or Building Society experience.
• Experience with RCSA, assurance, audit, Operational Resilience or control reviews.
• Experience supporting delivery readiness, cutover, release or route-to-live activity.

We are looking for a Change Delivery Operations Lead to help our Delivery Squads navigate governance, risk, assurance and operational demands effectively.
