Job summary

States of Guernsey is seeking a Portfolio Officer to join the Portfolio Delivery Team. The role focuses on governance, data integrity, and reporting across major transformation projects, with emphasis on complex data systems and departmental collaboration.

You will help deliver multi-million pound programmes, maintain bespoke data sites, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure robust governance and timely information for decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Oversight of governance and delivery of major transformation and infrastructure programmes.
• Management of design and maintenance of bespoke SharePoint databases, Power BI reports and complex datasets.
• Data analysis, coordination and monitoring of Portfolio Data and maintenance of data sites.

Responsibilities

• Improve governance and delivery of major, multi-million pound transformation and infrastructure programmes.
• Oversee governance, stakeholder engagement, and reporting on risks, benefits, status, change control and compliance with Project Delivery Framework.
• Manage design/maintenance of SharePoint databases, Power BI reports and datasets for portfolio, programme and project delivery.
