Job summary

Dogs Trust in London is seeking a Portfolio Analyst to monitor, map and govern a diverse portfolio of projects, supporting the Portfolio Manager to drive governance, timelines and benefits delivery.

You will maintain plans and milestones, track status and resources, analyse dependencies, and communicate updates clearly across teams. Interviews are provisionally scheduled for the week commencing 26 October 2026, with Teams.

Qualifications

• Experience of monitoring, understanding, and mapping a broad portfolio of project activity and using it to improve the lives of dogs and their owners.
• Experience with dependency and timeline mapping is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, the ability to turn complex information into concise plans, and the ability to build strong relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain portfolio plans, roadmaps, and milestones in line with project governance standards.
• Closely monitor status and resource allocation across the portfolio and communicate updates.
• Focus on dependencies across projects and understand implications of timeline changes.
• Support the Portfolio Manager and facilitate post‑project reviews and lessons learned.
