The role

The Portfolio Analyst will manage and optimise the performance of our project portfolio by engaging with stakeholders. You will analyze the project portfolio and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will help ensure that our portfolio of projects is sustainable, financially viable, and aligned with the corporate business plan.

You will monitor the performance of a portfolio of projects and programmes, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Analyzing project data to identify trends, risks, and mitigation strategies, escalating issues when necessary.

The successful candidate will assist in resource allocation across the portfolio, collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to align project objectives with organisational goals.

About You

We seek someone with proven experience as a Portfolio or Project Analyst, supporting multiple projects within a structured portfolio. Experience in delivering large ICT projects or implementations, with a strong understanding of methodologies such as PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, or similar frameworks, is essential.

You should have excellent attention to detail and hold qualifications such as:

  • ITIL Foundation
  • PRINCE2
  • Equivalent MSP, Agile
