NHS Professionals is recruiting a Porter/Cleaner for Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust at The Whiteleaf Centre, Bierton Road, Aylesbury, HP20 1EG. You will clean across hospital areas, follow trust protocols for bathrooms, kitchens and bedrooms, and undertake general cleaning and portering tasks, including driving site vehicles.

The role operates on a rota with weekends, offers a driving licence in the UK as essential, and is temporary with pay at £12.92 per hour plus weekend/bank holiday

Qualificações

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Experience in a similar role desirable; full training provided.

Job Title: Porter/Cleaner

Location: The Whiteleaf Centre, Bierton Road, Aylesbury, HP20 1EG (plus travel to other nearby sites of Oxford Health)

Shift Pattern: 7am - 3pm / 6am - 2pm / 8am - 4pm, 5 days per week on rota which will include weekends.

Pay: £12.92 per hour plus enhanced pay for weekends and bank holidays

ESSENTIAL: Full UK driving licence

THIS IS A TEMPORARY ROLE

What you'll be responsible for:

• General cleaning duties within various areas of the hospital.
• Following the trust protocol to clean bathrooms, kitchens, and bedrooms.
• Any general cleaning that is needed.
• Non patient facing porting responsibilities such as moving & handling.
• Driving the tug trucks and site vehicles around various sites.

You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

• An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS.
• A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation.

You’ll have the following skills/experience:

• Experience in a similar role (though full training given)
• Full UK driving licence is essential
