We have an exciting opportunity to join our Front Office Team at The Fife Arms as a Porter!

As a Porter, you will consistently provide first-class service to our guests, exceeding their expectations in every aspect of their stay.

As a Porter, you will be responsible for:

• Providing an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out
• Assisting guests with luggage, ensuring a smooth transition from the entrance to the reception desk
• Safely handling and transporting guests' luggage to their rooms or other designated areas
• Ensuring the safety and security of guests by conducting regular walkabouts throughout the hotel, ensuring fire doors are closed and that there are no health & safety hazards
• Maintaining a presence at the front desk throughout the day, completing the Porter checklist
• Delivering guests' requests efficiently and effectively
• Maintaining cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of public areas
