Job summary

Chubb Fire & Security is seeking a Portable Fire Extinguisher (PFX) Sales Engineer to cover Aberystwyth, Brecon, Newtown and surrounding areas. You will be field-based, planning your day across the patch, servicing extinguishers to British Standards and building strong customer relationships to unlock upsell opportunities.

The role offers full training, a company vehicle, 25 days holiday, pension and life assurance, with a clear path for career development within a long-established global

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and self-motivation to grow career.
• Hold a current UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel across Aberystwyth, Brecon and Newtown region.

LOCATION: Aberystwyth, Brecon, and Newtown and surrounding areas

SALARY: Opportunity to earn in excess of £40,000 (This includes basic, commission which is uncapped & supplements)

What You’ll be Doing as a Portable Fire Extinguisher (PFX) Sales Engineer

• Planning your own day, you’ll be field based, visiting customer premises across the region
• Servicing fire extinguishers to relevant British Standards whilst adhering to health & safety requirements (Full training provided)
• Building strong relationships with your customers to unlock further upselling opportunities

• You’ll have great communication skills and will feel comfortable talking to a variety of people
• Some sales experience is desirable but not essential
• Be self-motivated and driven to succeed in your career
• Be able to manage your own workload
• Hold a current UK driving licence & to be commutable within the patch
