Job summary

TBA Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an accomplished Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact projects for ports and logistics clients. You will own delivery end-to-end, ensure on time, on budget outcomes, and apply the right methodologies to each challenge.

You will build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining commercial awareness and clarity.

Qualifications

• Strong track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Ability to balance commercial priorities, technical constraints and customer needs
• Calm, solutions-focused mindset under pressure
• Ideally holding PRINCE2, PMP or APM qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of multiple projects end-to-end – ensuring outcomes are on time, on budget and of exceptional quality.
• Lead with clarity and agility – applying the right methodology for the challenge, not following process for process’s sake.
