Job summary

Trayport is seeking a Delivery Manager in the United Kingdom to drive enterprise-wide IT, infrastructure, operations, and InfoSec initiatives. You will own end-to-end delivery, align diverse teams to goals, and lead OKR planning and tracking to realise strategic outcomes.

You will shape delivery frameworks, foster continuous improvement, and manage risks and dependencies to ensure timely, high-quality value delivery.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in agile delivery and managing large-scale projects.
Expert-level knowledge of agile and lean principles, with Kanban scaling experience.
Proven ability to manage multi-million-pound budgets (e.g., £5m+).
Experience in IT, Infrastructure and InfoSec project delivery.
Strong understanding of the energy industry landscape and trends.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Delivery Ownership: Architect and drive the delivery plan across programs.
Align diverse teams to shared goals and ensure value delivery.
Lead OKRs, build plans, monitor progress, and take corrective action as needed.
Drive continuous improvement to enhance developer and employee experience.
Refine delivery frameworks to improve speed, quality, and output realization.
Foster a culture of continuous delivery and accountability for outcomes.
Identify and mitigate risks; manage cross-team dependencies affecting timelines.
Own time and cost forecasting, integrating metrics and constraints.
Communicate status, costs, and timelines to leadership with transparency.
