First Bus in Port Talbot is seeking an Experienced Bus Driver for a full-time, permanent role. You will operate local routes, ensuring passenger safety and punctual journeys, with rotating shifts and predictable hours.

The package includes 38 hours per week, a rota-based schedule, and a pay of £14.50 per hour plus overtime where available. A stable, safety-conscious driving role with community impact.

Qualifications

• Valid PCV licence.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Flexible and reliable approach to shift work.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate local bus services, ensuring passengers are transported reliably, safely, and on time.
• Represent First Bus in the local area and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Work a rotating shift pattern covering mornings, evenings and weekends, with predictable hours.
