Job description

Port Services Operative - Cairnryan (Ad-hoc)

Stena Line’s Port Operations Team plays a crucial role in this journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Mooring and loading/unloading vessels on arrival.
  2. Transporting passengers and luggage to the vessels, and delivering unaccompanied freight by driving TUG Masters as required.
  3. Baggage handling from terminal to ferry.
  4. Assisting passengers onto the ferries.
  5. Traffic marshalling of all car passengers for embarkation and disembarkation.
  6. Housekeeping of port areas and other routine jobs as required.

What You Will Experience:

As part of the Port Operations team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient mooring of vessels, ensuring they meet arrival and departure deadlines. Your main focus will be on facilitating the smooth transportation of passengers and vehicles, providing high standards of customer service to ensure a pleasurable experience for our guests.
