Job Introduction

We are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Executive to join our Porsche Dealership in Hull.

The hours of work are between 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week. Benefits include use of a company car and an OTE of £55,000.

As a Sales Executive with Listers, you’ll ensure that every customer feels valued by understanding how our vehicles fit into their lifestyle. Your focus will be on matching customers to the right car, highlighting features and add-ons, and guiding them through financing and contracts to ensure complete satisfaction.

Role and Responsibilities
  1. Build trust, communicate effectively, and exceed customer expectations through qualification and creating a positive first impression.
  2. Maximize opportunities via prospecting, follow-up calls, inbound inquiries, walk-in prospects, and internet inquiries.
  3. Achieve monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products to maximize profit.
  4. Adhere to FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting customer contact and vehicle data to enhance the customer database.
About You
  1. Previous experience as a car sales executive, retail manager, or sales manager is preferred.
  2. You should demonstrate an ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  3. Ability to quickly establish rapport with customers.
  4. Potential to develop a successful career in the industry.
  5. Valid UK driver’s license is required.
  6. Motor trade, automotive, or dealership experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
