Job summary

Sytner Group is seeking a passionate Sales Controller for Porsche Centre Leicester. Based in Leicester, you will help manage profitability, stock purchases and vehicle prep while implementing strong sales plans and ensuring exceptional customer service.

This full-time role may include weekend work to maintain service levels and drive performance within the dealership team.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of the motor trade and strong track record in sales or sales management.
• Well-developed leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to bring innovative ideas and drive performance while controlling costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee profitability, stock purchases and vehicle preparation at the dealership.
• Develop and implement effective sales plans to maximise revenue.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and support to the sales team.
• Report to the General Sales Manager and drive performance improvements.

About The Role

Sytner Group is looking for a passionate and driven Sales Controller to join our motivated sales team at Porsche Centre Leicester.

As a Sytner Sales Controller, you will report to the General Sales Manager and will be responsible for the profitability, stock purchases and preparation of vehicles within the Dealership. You will implement effective sales plans and ensure that you deliver outstanding customer service.

This is a full-time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About You

This role would suit an individual with a broad knowledge of the motor trade and somebody with an outstanding track record in either sales or sales management within the motor industry. Well-developed leadership and communication skills are also required.

You will need exceptionally high standards, great initiative and the ability to work in a logical and cost-effective manner. You will be able to bring new and innovative ideas into the department and will continue to drive performance, whilst challenging the status quo.
