Job summary

PopIn Graphics in Cardiff, United Kingdom, is seeking a Production Assistant to support digital print, lamination and graphics production. You will help manage high volumes of jobs, work to tight schedules and report to the Production Manager.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitors stock inventory and raises requisitions.
• Learn and develop production processes.
• Provide information to resolve and/or refer non-conformances in production processes.
• Maintains records on production supply inventories and job print records.
• Keeps the workshop clean and efficient.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

The Position

The Production Assistant will assist with all aspects of digitalpint, lamination and graphics production creating perfect kits for the vehiclewrapping teams. This essential positionin the production team requires an energetic individual who has a keen eye fordetail and takes pride in working to the highest quality standards. The Production Assistant will help managehigh volumes of jobs through production working methodically to productionschedules and time-critical deadlines. This position reports directly to theProduction Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum GCSE pass in Mathsand English

• Experience in AdobeIllustrator, Photoshop preferred.

• Ability to communicateeffectively, both orally and in writing.

• Knowledge of customerservice standards and procedures.

• Ability to analyse andsolve problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitors stock inventory& raises requisitions to the Purchaser for additional stock.

• Learn and developproduction processes

• Provide information forresolving and/or referring non-conformances pertaining to production processes

• Maintains a clean andefficient workshop

• Flexible in duties and prepares to work overtime often atshort notice, as client requirements dictate.

• Full time 40 hours per week contract, working Monday-Friday 07:30-16:30
