Job summary

We Are Swim in Liverpool is seeking enthusiastic Operations Assistants to support our venues. You will welcome families, ensure a warm, clean, and safe environment, and maintain high service standards across all visits.

You will help with poolside supervision, first aid, and on-site query resolution, while staying aligned with the brand’s values. Evening and weekend flexibility is required, and swimming ability is desirable.
