Job Description

We are currently recruiting Pool Hosts to join our flexible team working across London in luxury residential Health Clubs. If you hold an NPLQ Lifeguard or Emergency Pool Responder Qualification, please read on!

This role is ideal for someone with excellent customer service skills and an understanding of high standards, especially suited for those with Health Club experience. Offering flexible shifts you can choose from across luxury Health Clubs in London.

This role includes Front of House and operational duties within the Health Club as well as monitoring Pool CCTV or actively lifeguarding on poolside where needed.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Exemplary communication and customer service skills
• Punctuality and a professional attitude toward work
• Adhering to health and safety protocols
• Completing operational duties to ensure site standards remain high
• Welcoming all users and manning reception where needed in a professional manner
• Reporting directly to the site manager
• Enforcing pool area rules

Rate:

£14.00 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay), paid Fortnightly!
