ACO Technologies plc in Shefford, Bedfordshire, is seeking a hands-on Polymer Concrete production operative. You will operate moulding and extrusion equipment, prepare and maintain moulds, and support quality control in a busy manufacturing environment.

Full training is provided, and the role offers stability with overtime opportunities. The position requires physical fitness, teamwork, and adherence to safety and procedures, with a typical 37.5-hour week and rotating shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Operate production machinery and extrusion equipment to fill moulds.
• Prepare moulds by lubricating, closing, opening and cleaning between runs.
• Stack finished products onto pallets and secure loads for transport.
• Carry out routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Inspect products to meet quality standards and record production data.
• Record production and quality information in computer systems.
