Job summary

AC0 Technologies plc in Bedford is seeking a Production Operator to join its manufacturing team. You will work 37.5 hours per week on rotating shifts (6:00am–2:00pm or 2:00pm–10:00pm) with potential night shifts. No experience?

Full training provided, with ongoing opportunities to develop your skills in producing high‑quality plastic drainage solutions. In this hands-on role you will operate equipment, weigh materials, mould, record data, and ensure product quality while following safety

Qualifications

• Experience in a factory or production environment preferred.
• Attention to detail and pride in doing a job well.
• Willing to learn and follow safety rules at all times.
• Able to work as part of a team in a hands-on role.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment including ovens and the gantry crane.
• Weigh and measure raw materials; prepare moulds and carry out moulding/demoulding.
• Record production data and product measurements clearly.
• Trim and finish products; inspect finished items and report faults.
