Role Overview

Reporting to the Head of Policy Fraud, you will lead our Policy Fraud and Intelligence teams, collaborating with industry stakeholders, law enforcement, and regulators to identify and combat criminality.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Detect and prevent fraud, ensuring excellent customer outcomes.
  2. Manage workstreams proactively to maximize benefits.
  3. Develop and oversee fraud investigation strategies using tools and data.
  4. Reduce operational and claims costs by identifying threats.
  5. Utilize MI, intelligence products, and data to prioritize investigations and improve team performance.
  6. Seek opportunities to enhance fraud detection capabilities.
Essential Skills and Experience
  1. Understanding of motor insurance principles and legislation.
  2. Experience with policy or fraud in motor insurance, with examples of risk management.
