Solvere Technical Group is seeking a Policy Executive/Strategic Planner to provide support across IT and Control systems.

Responsibilities:

  • The Policy Executive/Strategic Planner will work across departments to:
  • Set the tone, pace, and standards of operations.
  • Write and refine policies, technical documentation, and strategic plans that guide our cybersecurity and technical operations.
  • Break down complex technical concepts into clear, concise content tailored to both expert and executive audiences.
  • Work with leaders to ensure policies stay current, compliant, and aligned with their goals.
  • Management of internal documentation for audits, assessments, and strategic planning.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience writing policies, technical procedures, cybersecurity documentation, and strategic plans.
  • Ability to confidently present to executive and other stakeholders.
  • Thrive on turning complexity into clarity.
  • Must be organized, articulate, and able to work well under pressure.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or an equivalent science, technology, engineering & mathematics (STEM) degree from an accredited college or university

Security:

  • Active Secret security clearance required.

Location:

  • Onsite in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Travel:

  • Travel is expected with this position. Approximately (5) Five 1-week trips.
