Policy Analyst (Just Transition Finance Lab - Financial Sector)

About the Role: The Just Transition Finance Lab at the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment seeks to appoint two Policy Analysts to contribute to research and engagement programs focused on financing a just transition to a net zero and climate-resilient economy.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting research and developing policy-oriented analysis on transition finance.
  2. Producing policy reports, briefing papers, and blogs.
  3. Identifying emerging good practices in just transitions.
  4. Building and maintaining a robust evidence database.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in finance, economics, climate science, climate policymaking, or related fields.
  • Experience with the financial sector and climate issues in applied research and policy analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to produce high-quality policy analysis.
