Job summary

The Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) is seeking a Policy Adviser, Conduct and Prudential Policy, a permanent full-time role to shape Jersey's regulatory framework. Reporting to the Head of Conduct and Prudential Policy, the role focuses on conduct and prudential policy with expert research, high-quality drafting, project delivery and engagement with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of conduct and/or prudential regulation principles.
• Ability to analyse complex regulatory issues and evidence.
• Experience with policy development, consultation and drafting.

Responsibilities

• Lead policy initiatives from scoping to implementation.
• Draft consultation papers, policy statements and briefs.
• Engage with Government, industry, regulators and international bodies.
• Coordinate with Supervision, Legal and other teams to ensure practical policy proposals.
