What’s in It for You?
  • Salary: Over £31,000+ (including allowances) - with annual pay rises
  • Start Date: March 2027
  • Hours: Full-time roles available; part-time options considered (email RecruitmentSupport@warwickshire.police.uk)
  • Driving Licence: A Drivers licence is desirable, should you not have one it may impact your posting location to ensure public transport is available during the day.

You’ll be working towards Level 1 of the CVF, which includes:

  • Inclusive, enabling and visionary leadership
  • Intelligent, creative and informed policing
The Recruitment Journey
  • Online Assessments: Complete a Values & Behaviours Assessment and a Situational Judgment Test at your convenience within 7 days.
  • Interview: Meet current force representatives.
  • Pre-employment Checks: Vetting, medical, and references.

Note: You can only complete these assessments with one police force. If unsuccessful, you’ll need to wait 3 months before reapplying.
