We are a supportive and innovative Podiatry service providing a comprehensive range of treatment specialities in both community and acute settings (e.g., Ulcers, Nail Surgery, Biomechanics, Diabetes). We are actively committed to staff development and have a strong clinical rotation programme. We will be actively supporting your development in this post and there is scope to progress to Band 6 roles if competencies are met.
Newly qualified Podiatrists will join the Trust's Preceptorship Programme.
You will have an opportunity to be involved in clinical rotations (nail surgery/Biomechanics/ulcer clinics) as well as a preceptorship programme for your development in this role. You will be working at sites in Islington and Haringey based on service needs. Your clinical caseloads will include new patient assessments, diabetic foot reviews, conservative podiatry care for both high and low risk patients and domiciliary visits for housebound patients.
