Job summary

Resourcing Group is recruiting a HCPC-registered podiatrist for a private clinic in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire. You will join a friendly, supportive team and deliver high-quality podiatry care while developing clinical skills in a modern setting.

The role offers a competitive salary (£30,000–£45,000), relocation support, treatment allowance, and a discretionary bonus. Flexible full-time/part-time/four-day options are available to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• HCPC-registered Podiatrist as required.
• BSc (Hons) Podiatry or equivalent.
• Experience in NHS and/or private practice preferred.
• Confident assessing and treating a broad range of podiatric conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence and vehicle access.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of routine and complex podiatric conditions.
• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Delivering high-quality podiatry treatment within a busy private clinic.
• Providing patient education and preventative foot health advice.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
• Supporting the continued growth and reputation of the practice.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term patient relationships.
