Job summary

Evodia Limited in Bristol is seeking a PNT Electronics Systems & Sensors Engineer with SC clearance for a hybrid role. You will lead ESS requirements, support system delivery, and help shape defence technologies essential to operations.

Role involves safety and risk reviews, subsystem design, and contributing to testing and verification across projects. Start ASAP, contract until 30 June 2026 with potential extension.

Qualifications

• A STEM qualification at RQF Level 4 or higher is essential.
• Experience advising on and delivering electronic systems, sensors, or mechatronics.
• Registration with EngTech, RSciTech, MarTech, RITTech, ICTTech or equivalent; or RQF Level 6 in a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage ESS requirements and define technical deliverables.
• Review data to support system maturity and documentation.
• Identify and escalate risks in safety, environment or costs; apply management principles.
• Design subsystems or components to satisfy customer requirements.
• Contribute to testing, verification, validation and evaluation activities.
