Job summary

Evodia Limited in Bristol seeks a Position, Navigation & Timing (PNT) Electronic Systems & Sensors Engineer to help develop and deliver defence ESS projects. You will manage subsystem requirements, review technical data, and contribute to testing and validation while liaising with a Programme Manager in a hybrid work setup.

The role requires a STEM qualification (RQF Level 4+) and professional registration or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Background in Position, Navigation & Timing technologies, electronic systems or mechatronics.
• Eligible for or holding SC clearance with a passion for defence solutions.
• STEM qualification at RQF Level 4 or higher and professional registration where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Generate ESS requirements and define technical deliverables for subsystems.
• Review data to support system maturity and documentation.
• Identify and manage risks in safety, environment and costs.
• Design subsystems or components to meet customer requirements.
• Contribute to testing, verification, validation and evaluation activities.
