Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Parenteral Nutrition Transformation Lead Pharmacist to work with the Adult Nutrition Team, bridging clinical practice and service development to deliver improved PN care across adults, children and neonates.

The post will drive the PN improvement programme, lead implementation with clinical, admin and digital colleagues, and report progress to senior colleagues, aiming to improve ordering efficiencies and patient outcomes.

The Parenteral Nutrition (PN) Transformation Lead Pharmacist acts alongside the Nutrition Consultant Pharmacist as an expert within the Adult Nutrition Team to provide a dynamic link between clinical practice and service development by creating new models for delivering patient care ensuring the best experience and outcomes for patients from their PN. The post will work with existing teams to lead and deliver implementation of the PN improvement Programme across adult, children and neonate services. The focus will be to improve ordering efficiencies resulting in reduced spend and to providing evidence and assurance of progress towards implemented change.

The post holder will drive the transformational change programme to deliver efficiencies, linking closely with clinical, admin and digital colleagues to determine and implement the proposed changes. You will be a credible expert in PN, have excellent proven project management skills and be a great people person. Reporting back on progress will also be a key deliverable.
