Job summary

SYSTRA UK & Ireland is seeking a Project Manager to join the PMO team, delivering governance, administration and commercial oversight across the consultancy portfolio. You will coordinate with Project Leads, operations and clients to ensure projects run to time, cost and quality targets.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage changes, track costs, prepare reports, and support bid activities while upholding safety, contractual compliance and best-practice across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated PM/PMO experience within consultancy or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage governance, controls, and reporting across multiple projects.
• Strong contractual and commercial awareness with client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional project management services ensuring commercial and contractual compliance.
• Act as sector lead within PMO and support in-sector project managers.
• Lead client meetings, kick-offs, and regular project reviews; manage resources and schedules.
