Job summary

SYSTRA UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the PMO, managing governance, administration and commercial oversight across consultancy portfolios. You will coordinate with project teams, leads, and the commercial function to maximise value and ensure delivery within time, cost and quality targets.

The role emphasizes strong governance, client liaison, and cross-disciplinary leadership, with a hybrid working arrangement and pathways to grow within a global infrastructure

Qualifications

• Understanding of project governance, controls and lifecycle processes.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, invoicing and financial reporting.
• Ability to interpret contractual requirements and manage project data.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional PM services ensuring commercial and contractual compliance.
• Represent PMO sector lead and support in-sector project managers.
• Lead project governance, dashboards, and reporting with robust controls.
