Job Opportunity: PMO Analyst and Project Manager

We are collaborating with a world-renowned global finance organization to recruit a PMO Analyst and Project Manager to work on various interesting projects within the trading and capital markets business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead transformation and change management initiatives focusing on regulatory, audit, risk, and control issues.
2. Develop and maintain collaborative relationships across global stakeholders.
3. Identify, resolve, or escalate risks and issues in a timely manner, engaging relevant stakeholders and project managers.
4. Engage continuously with senior stakeholders, escalating and resolving issues as they arise.

Essential Criteria

1. At least 5 years of experience operating as a PM or PMO.
2. Proven track record in strategic project management and delivering complex solutions.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to provide insightful commentary to senior stakeholders.
4. Strong analytical skills with follow-up and problem-solving capabilities.
5. Ability to drive change across a global organization, understanding different perspectives.

This role will be hybrid, requiring 3 days in the Belfast office. Although initially for a 7-month period, there is a high possibility of extension.
