Job summary

Natural Power in Newcastle is seeking a Project Controller to join the PMO. The role focuses on project financial management, budgeting, forecasting and WIP control to support live projects.

You will complete ERP project setup, maintain records, coordinate inter-company input, and work closely with Finance to resolve queries. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in project controls or financial administration and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project financial management, controls or similar role with significant financial responsibility.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with ability to forecast and monitor budgets.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Complete project setup, maintenance and closure activities in the ERP system.
• Maintain budget tracking, cost monitoring, forecasting, invoicing and WIP.
• Coordinate inter-company input and support Project Managers.
• Work with Finance to provide accurate project financial information and resolve queries.
