Job summary

Almac Clinical Services in Craigavon is seeking a Project Analyst – PMO to join the PMO and support delivery of a diverse project portfolio. You will own PMO systems, analyze data, provide governance support and reporting insights to ensure compliant, efficient project delivery.

The role requires PMO/regulated industry experience, with responsibilities spanning configuration, access management, training and continuous improvement in collaboration with finance, IS, engineering, QA and facilities

Qualifications

• PMO or Project Analyst experience in a regulated industry.
• Experience with IS, equipment and/or facility projects.
• Budget tracking and forecasting.
• Familiarity with PRINCE2, PMI and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects by providing system ownership, data analysis, governance support and reporting insight.
• Act as subject matter expert for the PMO project management system, supporting configuration, access management, training and continuous improvement; partner with project teams, finance, IS, engineering, QA and facilities.
