Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior PMO professional to lead governance, delivery assurance and portfolio reporting across programmes. You will drive risk and issue management, support resource planning and benefits tracking, and push for continuous improvement using AI and automation.

You'll partner with senior stakeholders, coach PMO colleagues and implement framework standards to enhance efficiency and delivery impact across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in PMO, portfolio or programme management.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks and delivery controls.
• Experience with portfolio reporting, executive dashboards and performance insight.
• Experience with financial management, forecasting, budgeting and benefits realisation.
• Experience with risk, issue, dependency and change control management.
• Experience leading people and influencing stakeholders.

• Support resource planning, capacity forecasting, business cases, benefit tracking and financial reporting

• Use AI, automation and technology-led solutions to improve efficiency, insight and delivery impact
• Lead, coach and support PMO colleagues, project managers and programme managers

Requirements

• Significant experience in PMO, portfolio or programme management

• Confidence working with senior stakeholders
• Ability to turn complex delivery data into clear insight
• Experience with portfolio reporting, executive dashboards and performance insight
• Experience with financial management, forecasting, budgeting and benefits realisation
• Experience with risk, issue, dependency and change control management
• Experience with PMO tools such as Azure DevOps or other portfolio management platforms
• Experience using AI, automation or technology to improve PMO processes and productivity
• Experience leading people, influencing stakeholders and supporting continuous improvement
