Job summary

Cavu, based at Manchester Airport, is seeking a Head of Portfolio Management & Governance to lead the Strategy & Governance function and mature the enterprise PMO. You will prioritise, govern and deliver strategic initiatives across the organisation.

Reporting to the Strategy & Governance Director, you will embed governance frameworks, reporting structures and assurance mechanisms to enable informed decisions and measurable outcomes, working with senior stakeholders to realise business value.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading a PMO function within a complex organisation.
• Proven ability to design, implement and embed portfolio governance frameworks and controls.
• Strong executive-level stakeholder engagement and delivery assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation and continuous development of Cavu's PMO.
• Embed portfolio governance frameworks, methodologies, controls and standards.
• Own and maintain the PMO blueprint and portfolio operating model.
• Ensure prioritisation, governance and oversight of enterprise programmes and projects.
• Provide governance forums and quality assurance across portfolio reporting and decision-making processes.
