Job summary

Tech Contracts Online is seeking a skilled PMO Manager in Greater London to establish and lead the PMO function. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning PMO activities with client requirements and waterfall methodologies, ensuring robust document and risk management processes. Ideal candidates will have demonstrable PMO management experience, operational delivery skills, and data literacy within the financial services industry. This role offers the opportunity to influence project direction and drive the implementation of PMO tools.

Job description

• Establish and manage the PMO, ensuring alignment with waterfall methodologies and client-specific requirements.
• Develop and implement terms of reference for the the PMO function.
• E nsure robust processes are in place for document management, risk and issue management, schedule management, and change management.
• Lead program cadence activities, including governance, scheduling and facilitating regular meetings, project reviews, and progress updates.
• Facilitate the weekly Programme Leadership Meeting (agenda, actions, decisions, follow-ups).
• Own development and maintenance of the POAP and integrated deployment plan, including dependency management and change control for key milestone changes, working with delivery and Workstream Leads.
• Drives the implementation of tooling to automate PMO activities.
