Job summary

Key duties include setting briefs and schedules, tracking changes, producing reports, managing document control, and supporting procurement and vendor performance. A construction background and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in the construction industry and PMO environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to develop and maintain schedules, change logs & risks.
• Detail-oriented with good organisation and time management.

Responsibilities

• Set project briefs, schedules and procurement plans; track progress throughout delivery.
• Monitor design/schedule changes and flag risks early.
• Lead project progress meetings and client stakeholder sessions.
• Own document control with clear folders, templates and QA checks.
• Produce useful project reports for Directors.
• Deliver training on documentation processes and reporting standards.
• Support vendor selection, appointments and contract obligations.
• Assist with procurement and invoice processes to keep the project engine running.
