Job summary

INDS is seeking a PMO Lead to join its Data Centre division in London. You will work directly on live projects, delivering visibility, structure and control to complex programmes and diverse client needs.

You will help set briefs, schedules and procurement strategies, track progress, manage document control, produce regular reports, and support training, vendor selection and invoice processes to keep the project engine running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Degree (BA/BSc or equivalent) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in construction industry preferred with fit-out lifecycle knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office; scheduling, change logs and risk registers.

Responsibilities

• Lead live project support with visibility and influence over project delivery.
• Set project briefs, schedules and procurement strategy, then track progress.
• Track design and schedule changes; mitigate risks before they become issues.
• Own document control with clear folder structures, templates and quality checks.
• Produce regular project reports for Directors and stakeholders.
• Contribute to training on documentation processes and reporting protocols.
• Support vendor selection, track appointments and monitor contract obligations.
• Assist in procurement and invoice processes to keep operations running smoothly.
