Job summary

Linesight is seeking an Associate Project Manager in London to lead on complex data centre projects. You will coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors, driving progress, schedule adherence and snag resolution. You will also ensure best practices and robust reporting across active projects.

The role requires aPM experience or PMI certification, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a structured, proactive approach to problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing data centre projects.
• Contract administration experience.
• PM certification or actively pursuing one (we can help).
• Degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline.
• Detail oriented and quality focused.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Thrives at building strong relationships with team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices.
• Coordinate with client, consultant and contractor on snagging activities, schedule and engagement.
• Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve them.
• Implement and monitor key project processes, partnering with the client to improve them.
• Lead and attend meetings to monitor progress and communicate impacts to partners.
• Implement project procedures and ensure these are observed.
