Qualifications
- Extensive experience leading PMO functions in fast-paced commercial environments.
- Proven track record delivering people, systems and process‑efficiency change.
- Strong knowledge of automation technologies (RPA, workflow automation, AI analytics).
- Experience developing digital/automation roadmaps and business cases.
Responsabilités
- Lead PMO function with governance, reporting and delivery control across change initiatives.
- Manage selected programmes and develop automation roadmaps to improve efficiency.
- Oversee change readiness, communications and adoption planning for initiatives.
- Design future-state processes with operational teams to boost efficiency and customer experience.
- Manage suppliers and ensure value, quality and performance.
- Track benefits and realize measurable improvements in cost and performance.
