Job summary

Sizewell C is seeking a PMO Analyst to support all PMO sub-functions, ensuring robust performance management and data integrity across multiple delivery programmes. You will contribute to workforce planning, reporting, and cross-programme assurance activities in a complex stakeholder environment.

The role requires strong analytical, communication and organisational skills, with experience in large infrastructure or construction projects.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and interpret complex data for non-technical audiences.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with clear communication.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support PMO sub-functions to embed PMO culture and drive workforce welfare.
• Assist in tracking PMO performance using the balanced scorecard and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Stay informed on progress across delivery work packages and support annual forecasting and budgeting.
• Help manage workforce planning and resourcing activities, including administration of PMO contracts.
• Prepare high-quality content and analysis for external-facing material and present complex topics clearly.
